Products from GT Performance Products (GTPP) may be ordered directly from our website, by phone, or through a distributor in your area. To find a distributor, contact GT Performance Products customer service at (818) 847-9611 Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Orders made directly to GT Performance Products ship Monday – Friday; we are closed holidays.
Most orders received by 11:30 a.m. PST ship the same day the order is received.
All prices are FOB shipping point from the GT Performance Products facility in City of Industry, California. All prices are subject to change.
Shipping and Payment
All orders within the continental United States are shipped UPS unless otherwise requested.
In-stock items typically ship the same business day however it can take 1-2 business days depending on demand. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Please note: PO Box address(s) are not eligible for UPS shipping.
GT Performance Products accepts all major credit cards however orders made online are limited to payments through PayPal. If you would like to pay by credit card and not use PayPal, please contact GTPP directly at (818) 847-9611.
If an item is out of stock, GT Performance Products will inform the customer within 24 hours of placement of order.
GT Performance Products welcomes orders from outside the continental United States. Pre-payment in U.S. funds is required prior to shipment. Payment may be arranged through bank wire transfer, PayPal, credit card or international money order.
Shipping options may vary and may be limited in some cases, please contact GTPP for details.
To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) within 90 days of receipt of product. All RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from date of issue. All return products must have the original packaging for credit. A handling or repackaging fee of 20% may be charged on returned merchandise. GT Performance Products will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances; nor will GT Performance Products reimburse for any damage incurred during the installation or use of our products.
GT Performance Products does not accept returns on used items or items that have been modified in any way. Freight charges must be prepaid on all return merchandise.
If there are any discrepancies, defects or damages to our product(s), the customer will first need to provide photographs of the damage or defective area. Send photographs to [email protected] with a detailed explanation of the situation. Once the photos are reviewed, GT Performance Products will take the necessary and corrective steps to ensure the item(s) are properly repaired or replaced.
Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted on products that are shipped outside the Continental United States. Only exchanges due to defect will be permissible. Customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
GT Performance Products warrants all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for normal use and service for a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase. Written notice of product defects must be immediately given to GT Performance Products within the warranty period. We require a copy of the purchase receipt showing the date and transaction details of the purchase from an Authorized Dealer to verify the product is under warranty. If the item is purchased through our website, please send us your name, shipping address and date of purchase. Products purchased “used” do not carry a warranty. The warranty is to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
GT Performance Products reserves the right to examine any part returned for warranty claim to determine, to GT Performance Product’s satisfaction, whether the material or workmanship of the part does not conform to this limited warranty. GT Performance Product’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing or crediting, at its discretion, any part which is deemed covered by GT Performance Products. No labor, lift or storage charges will be reimbursed for any reason. Damage to GT Performance Product’s parts resulting from misuse, improper use or abused shall void this limited warranty. Failure to follow GT Performance Product’s installation instructions and any vehicle manufacturer’s installation procedures and specifications shall void this limited warranty.
GT Performance Products undertakes no responsibility for the quality of the goods except as otherwise provided in this contract. GT Performance Products assumes no responsibility that the goods will be fit for any particular purpose for which you may be buying these goods, except as otherwise provided in this contract. GT Performance Products shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part subject to this warranty.
All implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability, are limited to the same ninety (90) day period from original date of purchase. GT Performance Products is not liable for any direct or consequential loss or property damage arising from any use of this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
